Oven-baked trout with herb cheese

Ingredients
- 4 portions of 150 g (1/3 lb) fresh trout fillet
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) herb cheese spread (such as Boursin)
- Zest and juice of half a lime
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) panko
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 oC (400 oF).
- Place the trout on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season the trout and spread 15 mL (1 tablespoon) of cheese spread on each fillet.
- Coat the fish in the zest, lime juice, and panko.
- Cook in the oven for 8 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
- Serve with the side of your choice.
